- Open your workbook to Pg 18 and expand each of the questions letters "a-d" on the top half of the page.

Course Outline
IB Yr. 1 is the first year in a two year program in Standard Level Mathematics. The course is prescribed by the International Baccalaureate Organization and will develop and expand your mathematical knowledge in a variety of topics:
· Graphical Analysis
· Vectors
· Calculus
· Sequences
· Exponential Growth & Decay
· Probability
· Statistics
· Trigonometry
The course is different enough that it does not provide you with a sequential stream into Pre-Calculus Math 12 (should you choose to drop out of the IB math program part way through).
Daily individual homework is strongly recommended. To succeed in Mathematics practice is paramount. Your daily practice will directly influence your ability to keep pace with the class topics and your performance on the final exam. Stay up to date.
